Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all labels and accessories included. You must also provide your order number or proof of purchase.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returned packages that are lost or damaged during transit.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. Contact us at dealprovadym@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Include your order number and clear photographs or videos showing the issue. After reviewing your request, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund.
Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original product and place a new order after your return has been approved. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Refunds
